About Timothy Begley

Tim and Cindy, life long residents of the San Fernando Valley, alongside with their son Brandon lead a dynamic real estate team that includes other dedicated members, all professionals in their field. Cindy serves as the buyer’s agent, passionately locating properties that match buyers’ preferences. She also collaborates with sellers and stagers to ensure our listings are presented optimally. As a real estate broker since 1975, Tim is a recognized leader in the industry, highly admired by both fellow agents and community members. After many years in the business he still loves representing buyers and sellers.
